NARUTO the Movie 4 also known as NARUTO: Shippuuden the Movie and NARUTO: Hurricane Chronicles the movie, is the fourth film in the Naruto anime / manga series. It was first announced November 2006 in the Japanese Shonen Jump magazine, followed by a very brief preview as well as a 14-second trailer for the movie a few months after its initial announcement in April 2007.
NARUTO the Movie 4 will take place when Naruto and his fellow Leaf Ninja comrades are 15 and 16-years old. The movie will feature Naruto Uzumaki, Sakura Haruno, Neji Hyuga, and Rock Lee as the main characters, although other characters such as Chouji, Shikamaru, and Tsunade will make appearances. The common headline seen for this movie in the magazine as well as the trailer is that… Naruto dies!
A preview was released in an issue of Shonen Jump that show some new villains from the movie. The characters seem different from the ones shown in the trailer, and do not seem like Akatsuki or any characters from the Naruto story line. One of them, however, looks like Orochimaru with a beard (although it isn’t Orochimaru).
