    Semua yang saya tulis adalah berdasar dari sumber majalah. Tapi saya dulu lupa mencantumka sumbernya! Menurut saya sih, susu memang banyak manfaatnya, walapun itu susu sapi ataupun susu kedelai. Tapi semua terserah kita, dari sisi mana kita memandang manfaat susu!

    memang susu banyak manfaatnya diantaranya bisa bikin cepet tinggi
    saya yang sudah mencoba tapi harus disertai dengan latihan fisik seperti:skiping(yang paling banyak kemajuan),berenang,basket dll
    tinggi gue dulu cuma 145cm tapi karena rutin skiping jadi dalam 6 bulan saja tinggi saya sudah 170cm

      Ya. Memang perlu ada latihan fisik/olahraga. Tidak semata hanya minum susu saja.
